DOT Annual Vehicle Inspections (49 CFR 396)
Overview: Structured to applicable OSHA/ANSI/ASME criteria (and DOT for vehicle annuals). We review structural, mechanical, hydraulic/electrical, controls/interlocks, safety devices, decals/manuals, and functional checks. Reports include photos, deficiency lists, and pass/fail notes.
Dielectric Testing (DC)
Applies to: Bucket Trucks, Digger Derricks, Aerial Lifts (insulated units). In‑service DC dielectric testing using HVI equipment; results documented and included with your report.
Training
- Equipment Operator Training (cranes, MEWPs, forklifts/telehandlers, overhead cranes, rigging)
- Rigging & Signalperson Training
- Confined Space (entrant/attendant/supervisor)
- Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED
- OSHA Outreach 10‑Hour & 30‑Hour (General Industry)
On‑site, hands‑on where appropriate; classroom + practical evaluations. Certificates/wallet cards and rosters provided.
